Okay where to start...just brace yourself this is going to be a LOOOONG blog...got alot to cover.
Let's go back to Thursday...I woke up and as I have a bad habit of doing I logged on and checked facebook to find out that our pastor's wife was in the hospital having a lot of pain. Well long story short they have no family in this area and she is 6 months pregnant and they had a 3 year old with them in the ER. So, I offered to keep their little girl and she spent the night leading to Kaileigh's first sleep over which was a blast...we had fun and so did the girls. But, I am still a little tired for the whole event!

As I has shared in an earlier post Kalebh accept Christ into his heart and he went forward this last Sunday to share with the church and will be baptized on October
31st by my Daddy. Going to be such a sweet sweet day.

So, Sunday being such an exciting day we ended it with the annual all church picnic...It was a blast..always is...we had a softball game, supper, hay ride and then end with a camp fire...It is always a great time. Well, I had left the softball game to take sweet Kaileigh to the bathroom and while I was gone Kalebh got beamed in the chest with a softball. So....to say the least it is a good thing I wasn't down there. Here is his mark to show for it...Kalebh was a trooper once he got his breath back he just kept on playing!!

Now last but not least...Kalebh has this spot on his knee. He was born with it and it has just grown and gotten bigger over the 7 years. So, we have been watching it and had agreed with the Doctor that we would just leave it and hope it went away. Well, it hasn't gone away and it has only gotten bigger and has started to cause Kalebh some pain when he runs and moves his knee alot.

So, we went to see a plastic surgeon and they are going to cut it out. They will have to cut his knee in four places to make an area big enough to go in and get it out. This will all take place at an out patient place. Actually the same place I had my gallbladder removed. So, we feel good about that. However, while the Doctor was telling us what he was going to do I looked at Kalebh and I said "Kalebh do you have any questions" and Kalebh said..."uh I am not comfortable with any of this" sweet boy. So the Doctor explained that he will be asleep during all of this and it will be just fine. I am wondering if they are going to put me to sleep too??? Kalebh will be down for 8 days after this is done...so what does down mean...I have no idea...we have a list of questions to ask when they call to set up the surgery. I think Kalebh will do fine it is his mother I am worried about!
So, while we were in this plastic surgeons office Chad and Kalebh realized how "surprised" people can look. So they have been working on their "face-lift" look....let me know what you think....Lets just say I was embarrassed before the day was over.

Thanks for sharing in our joy....our silly-ness, and for loving us.
