Kalebh...Football time!!!

Down, set hut? or hike? hmmm... I never can remember? But, to say the least Kalebh can...Kalebh has started this years flag football season as the center. He is loving every minute of it and if I say so myself he is really good at it...He can throw the ball, catch the ball and run the....slowly but still run it! This is the first year that his daddy isn't his coach and we are all thrilled! I love having Chad to watch the games with me, and I love not having to worry about what all the parents think about Chad's coaching....hmmm...talent! Anyway, Kalebh's coach is great and I am so glad he is on that team....they don't have a name however we are the red team! I have lots of red so I am a fan of this. Kalebh has practice on Monday's and Thursday and then games on Tuesdays. So, it isn't too bad and it doesn't mess with our Saturdays which are getting fewer and fewer. So...for now all the baseball stuff is put away and out came all the football gear! So...





The rest of the Cook household is just trying to stay above water. Between, work, church, school things for our kids, school things for our youth kids, youth, Chad's job, my need for a nap about every 45 min...and FOOTBALL we are running to meet each other. Last night Chad came in after 10 and we were all laying down and then left before 6:30 when we were all still down we haven't seen him in a few days....so we are looking forward to remembering what he looks like.

Okay, well I just want to point one thing out before I go for now...I have been working on my devotion to cook for my wonderful family. We all go...all the time and it really has been fun to cook for them and all 4 of us to eat together. So, the Pioneer Women and I have become BFF's and I am trying lots of new things. So, far everyone has loved it! I just wanted to say all of this because I am going to start posting pictures of things I cook...and things that make my life easier!I just want evidence for my family...that I cook....there has been some question about it...and well, I want to clear that up!

This will be a catch up picture post...however there are NO pictures of Kalebh...See the short...long of it all is I lost my camera charger when we went on vacation...and so 234 days later I found something that will work at best buy...I did only have to bite one Kodak mans head off but I am pretty sure I just did someone else a favor...anyway look for the guys in the blue shirts when you go to best buy! Anyway...I hope to have pictures up of sweet Kalebh soon...but here are a few of Kaileigh..in a min....

So what is going on with the Cook's...we are busy..and I don't like it...I told Chad today I am thinking about quiting my job and becoming one of those crazy people that stays in the house all day...cleans, cooks, wash clothes...he said if I promise to do all that it is a done deal :)

Kalebh is in Flag Football playing Center and loving it...they have practice alot and games on Tuesdays. I am just happy he is enjoying it and seems to understand it most of the time.

Kaileigh is still loving school. Well, once she gets up...I have no idea where she gets that from. Anyway, she just goes twice a week and it is good for her and Chad's grandparents to get a break too.

I am not in school just working and Thanking God for that right now. I have NO idea if I could have held this fort down and taken 12 hours...so I will grad. some time later in my life :)

Oh wait oh wait. This last weekend Edith, Kaileigh and I traveled to Leveland Tx for a...BABYSHOWER....Kaileigh was so excited however, when we got there she didn't say much...Anyway, my college roommate and best friend is having a baby....SOON. Kailiegh came home telling me that Kaci had baby Austin already and for the sake of me not wanting to kill her I just nodded my head! So, where ever Kaileigh is from Austin is already here...but stay tuned for pictures and details....Kaci's Mom and Dad are Missionaries to Thi Land and hope to be here in time for Baby on the 14. However being difficult I hope he is born on 10-10-10 how cool would that be!

Oh...how time flys!

So, I feel like I just got to bring this sweet little wrapped in purple girl home yesterday. Wasn't it yesterday?




However, today I dropped her off for her first day of Pre-School. Wow it is all happening so fast. I just would like to hit a stop button and enjoy my babies a little longer. Kalebh while getting out at school today asked me if I was going to need a whole tissue box for when I dropped Kaileigh off. So...here she is all ready to go!



However, she looks great and but in that picture the day started off like this...


She said she didn't want to go because she was sleepy and just needed to sleep some more...but, once she got going she was ready to go...We had a muffin and some Sprit then she wanted to stop by and show her Gammy how cute she was. Then we dropped her off and she went right in and was a happy little girl. I am sure however that I will have a ton of story to tell once she gets home...we will see...Here are a few more pictures.
