Not charged and heavy heart!

I HAVE got to get my camra charged so I can get some pictures of my sweet kids.
Tonight I have a heavy heart. As I read a message on face book from my sweet roomate from college....life is hard and being a part doesn't help when you just want to be there for someone.
My sister and baby Baliey are having a hard time. Poor Aj just needs to have the strength to feel good and the change to get better...That is what we are praying for.....She is too far away or I am too far away one of the two...but soon....
My whole week is going to be wild and I don't like the Cook unit of 4 to be apart from each other. I love my family and I love being with them....but this week we will all be some where different.
On a happy note we go to see our oh so cute Nieces....Just love those girls.
Got Kaileigh some cute summer clothes and spent the day with the family. Well, Chad is driving sweet Kaileigh around trying to get her down for the night and I am reading the book Twilight and can't put it down. Please pray this week for my family and my sister and the baby she is carrying...very heavy on my heart. One thing I can say about the Tillery's is that we love each other very much and some times so much we get to each other. But, at the end of the day we know no matter what we are carrying or going through the others are hurting, crying, praying just as much as we are....I love the family God placed me in and my parents have nothing less of teaching us that all things come from above and at the end of the day God has it all under controll.

My prayer is this.
Lord, please come and take a hold of us. Please be with Aj, Bobby and the sweet baby she carries. Give her peace, wisdom but more than that carry her. She needs your love and your Grace. Thank you for being a God that we can lean on in uncertain times but thank you for being a God that doesn't allow uncertian. We trust you in every matter to give is the strength to go throug it, the wisdom to do it and the grace to know you are in charge of it.
Please be with my sweet Kaci and this changing time in her life. Love her and feel her with your peace.
Please be with my sweet children and husband this week and we all go and do different things. Place your angles around us and bring each of us back together at the end of the week. Thank you for blessing my life with 3 people that love me more than I knew I could be loved. And teach me things I never would have understood without them. Thank you for Chad and the wonderful man of God he is.
Thank you for my wonderful parents and the things they teach me everyday. I love you and thank you for being the God of today, tomorrow and forever.
Amen

ya'll I have such a heavy heart tonight. But, with that I know God is in charge. I love you all.

OH....mylanta!

Hello and happy Thursday that seems like a Tuesday to the people of Lockney ISD. This has been what you could call and "oh my goodness what is happening" week. Let me give you the run down on what has taken place since my last blog.

Last week we were back at school and kind of getting into the swing of things. Kalebh was ready for Saturday as we all were. He didn't do anything that day and it turned out to be a good thing! Saturday Chad and I went to check on one of our student that is dealing with major staph infection and spending the next 6 weeks at least in the hospital. Saturday afternoon my Mom came in for the night which was great to see her! Sunday I got up and went to meet the Whittington family for a day of wedding planning which was great! Very fun! Sweet Callie got her dress all picked out and it is sooo pretty. Alicia got her dress as well and way cute! Can't wait for Aug. 1st!

And now for the week changing event...Sunday night at about 11pm Chad mother Edith called and said...."Chad the school is on major fire" Chad said to her "Mom if the school was on fire don't you think we would know??? We live right by the school." In the mean time I get up walk out side to see a huge flame up over the high school....I have NEVER in my life seen anything like it....another thing that blew my socks off was the fact that sooo many people with in min. were at the jr. high cleaning it out because the two building are connected. Anyway, this small town has pulled together to over come this. The Jr. High and High school have been moved to the local churches one of those being ours. So Chad and I have spent all week getting FBC ready to turn into the high school. It has been a job but we got it done...We were so tried last night we just passed out both of us...he was in the chair and I was on the love seat....we are wore out but glad we were able to help. Tomorrow we are taking 20 kids to the Ignite conf. which use to be Hot Hearts. Anyways we started back to classes yesterday and things went as well as they could.

Please please pray for our good friend and the superintendent of our school system Phil Cotham. He is a wonderful leader and my sweet Kalebh thinks he hung the moon but he sure has had a lot put on his plate in the last 4 days. Pray for his wisdom and strength!

Also, something that I feel is very important is to pray for the two girls they have arrested for doing this. They are in the 10th grade and have been arrested. Pray that they will come to know our Lord during this very difficult time in their lives.

Love to you all....The picture is what we saw Sunday night at 11pm. You can also go to www.kcbd.com to see the whole story and our church turned in to LHS -- downtown!

hmmmm...what do we do know?

I am sure many of you think I have just forgotten to update with pictures and good stories but we have been really calm around here...now that I have said that....let the good times roll....it will pick up!

Anyway, Kalebh has started back to school and isn't nearly as thrilled as he was the first semester. We have "almost" cried everyday this week because we don't want to go to school. It is also not helping that sister doesn't have to get up and go any where this week. But, as I have told him....life is hard get on the bus...or in the car which ever.

Kaileigh is a little upset she isn't back at her memaw's but she is dealing very well. She is staying with me and Chad this week. We are working it out with both of our jobs to be able to keep her. Charlie and Juanita's oldest son and Edith's brother isn't doing very well and they have all gone to the Dallas area to check on him...so anyway this is the first time in 6 years I have been with out them so I am one lucky girl that they love my kids so much! Sweet little Charlie wanted to stay behind to keep Kaileigh...he is so sweet but needs to be with his son right now!

Chad is in the middle of his last seed run...I am sure he is crying about it! But, he will be soo glad when that is over. Chad is also going to get the chance to go on a big hunting trip here in a few weeks in Georgia with D&PL. All the production Managers take turns each year on who gets to go and it is Chad's turn. He is very excited about this....as am I..he loves to hunt. The end of the month first of Feb. will be wild for us but fun. Chad has meetings at the end of the month, goes hunting and then me and Kaileigh are taking a trip ourselves when he gets back...yippee!

I am back at work and okay with it...now the count down for spring break starts. I am really just enjoying the kids and doing a little bit of whatever I want to.

Please keep Chad's Uncle Ira in your prayers.

Love to you all,

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year...can you belive another year has come and gone. I have gotten all my Christmas stuff taken down....after a lot of moaning and groaning about it but it is done. We had a great time last night at some friends of ours...so good we didn't get home until 1am...the kids had fun too. Kaileigh partied with the best of them and crashed as soon as we got home! Kalebh and I slept in the morning. We had a nice first day of the year. Chad's mom came over for a steak for supper. Chad cooked a wonderful dinner! Good thing I married a cook....ha ha ha hah....I make myself laugh! Anyway not much to report. I am going on a "girls" day tomorrow so looking forward to that and the big TT game!!! Well, here is my new years resolution...to not be wasteful....of time, money, food, or energy...so we will see.

Love you all and thanks for making each of my years so much fun!!!
